MAVCC Return Policy
Attention: Prior to returning any item(s), please
review the information below regarding our return
policy. All returns must be authorized by MAVCC.
Call Customer Service at 1-800-654-3988 to request
approval. No returns accepted on videos or CDs,
including PowerPoint presentations, Module Reviews,
specialty items, and obsolete materials. Note: If a
video or CD is defective, it may be returned within
30 days of shipping date and a replacement will be
provided. Items returned in resalable condition
within 30 days from date order was shipped will be
credited to customer account. However, the customer
is responsible for shipping and handling costs.
Note: This includes preview copies in which a single
copy is ordered for review to determine whether the
item is what is needed/desired. A 15% restocking fee
will be charged to all returns after 30 days. To
retain six or more student copy discount price,
customer must keep a minimum of six of each product
title, or prices will be adjusted and customer will
be invoiced at regular student price. The customer
is responsible for returning shipments by UPS or
other insured methods, unless the order was
improperly filled, an item is defective, or items
were damaged during shipping. Note: If any product
is defective, damaged in shipment, or received
because of an order-filling error, please call MAVCC
immediately to arrange for a return and replacement
of defective or damaged item(s). Adjustments must be
made within 30 days of shipping date. Please include
a copy of the packing slip or invoice when returning
any merchandise. MAVCC accepts Visa, MasterCard,
Discover and purchase orders to use forms of credit
card payment, please contact our customer service

There is a $9.00 minimum shipping charge on orders
under $80.00. Beginning January 1, 2011, Shipping
charges for the U. S. will be assessed at 10% of the
invoice when under $200, with a minimum amount of
shipping being $9. For orders over $200, the
shipping charges will be 8% of the invoice. All
international orders will be charged actual amount
of shipping plus 20% of shipping cost for handling.
